Admitted due to cough and breathlessness and discharged within a week for being better. Given medication and insulin for high sugar. After 2 days in the morning went into unconsciousness and admitted into ICU on ventilator for 3 days where performed various tests, CT scan after which doctor advised that she may not come back hence took discharge came home yet she is showing better symptoms than in the hospital such as opened her eyes a little for few seconds and little limbs movement. Needs urgent advice/consultation on the matter regarding if there is any way we can still try something/place for her. Attaching reports for better understanding.
