I am experiencing severe throat pain on the right side since 3 days.. And gradually the ear is also paining.. No fever. No cough. No pain on swallowing.. The pain increases while sleeping.. I am having mild sore throat since a week..

Hi Pain in throat with ear pain is mainly due to tonsillitis and the pain in ear is referred pain from tonsils. You need to visit an ent specialist and get yourself examined properly and get proper medication. Regards.
