Unexplained Rib Cage Pain

Ever since Saturday I've been having unexplained rib cage pain. It's on the left side where the 5th-7th rib are. I need help figuring out what this is. Can you help me?

Probably costo-chondritis. Use hot fomentation along with analgesic & anti inflammatory. Donot worry. U ll be fine.
