Unexplained bruising on thigh
There is bruise on my thigh from 3 days..it was not paining but now feel little discomfort after wearing pant..i had a hectic office days from last 10 days working 8 hours as sitting job and traveling 200 km daily..may i know why is this bruise and what to do?

This looks like trivial trauma which has resulted in that patch (called as superficial thrombophlebitis),happens due to crashing of small capillaries
Next Steps
apply hirudal cream on effected area to get rid of this patch
for pain management take a muscle relaxant +NSAID (eg miofree A4, zerodol th4 )etc etc for 3 days
do take antacid empty stomach for 3 days as well
can apply any diclofenac gel for pain relief

This could be trivial trauma which u may not have realised and just bumped into something.apply diclofenac gel over it three to four times a day and take a muscle relaxant.hopefully all should go well with it.of still the problem persists kindly consult for the same
