Undisplaced laternal malleolus fracture

I had undisplaced fracture in fibula extended to laternal malleolus.. I was on cast for 8 weeks, during cast doctor advised not to keep foot on floor and same protocol is advised to follow another month post cast removal, when actually I can start walking? Till when the risk of dislocation persists?also is physiotherapy helpful? Attaching reports

For intraarticular fractures usually 10 weeks time to bear weight . But it depends on clinical and radiological examination and then to start bear weight on particular limb

Use a stick in opposite hand. Gradual return to usual activities. Keep a pillow under the foot while lying down.

You can start walking but initially to build confidence I would suggest to use stick and physiotherapy is very much essential for getting good muscle strength
