Undisplaced Distal Radius Fracture

I had met with a road accident 3 months back and this is my latest Xray and the reports mention An Undisplaced Distal Radius end Fracture.. need help in understanding this and treatment ideas without any cast...have resumed light physical activity and physiotherapy...haven't gotten my full ROM yet

- use a elastic wrist band. - fomantation in warm water. -gentle physiotherapy. Gradual return to usual activities.
