Underweight due to physical and mental

I am ~6'1 and ~62kgs I have a very hard time putting on weight due to low appetite and hormonal imbalance like dopamine serotonin etc I think(not sure) i have low testosterone and high cortisol(low energy throughout the day irrespective of how much i eat). I put on lean muscle mass when I am regular in the gym and try my level best with maintaining a diet. I can't seem to maintain a surplus in calories because of the appetite. My digestion is also very ordinary. I am looking for consultation based on what my body needs. I AM NOT LOOKING FOR A SIMPLE DIET CHART(most dietitians). I'm ready to get the necessary tests done. Where should I go for the same ?
