Hello Dr. May I ask on what can I do to my underarm problem because it become dark when I had an allergy and I don't know how can I lighten it up to boost my confidence again. I can't wear sleeveless for almost 5 yrs since I've got the allergy. Can you recommend a cheap but effective way to lighten this up? I've tried IPL but it doesn't work. Thank you!
