I have developed a mump in my underarm 2 months ago and its size goes on changing like in sweaty days or if hairs grow more a I am applying neosprin antibacterial continuously but it has stopped reducing now it is constantly there it is black in colour It was painful too when touched and earlier when it got large I was having pain lifting my arm too For now it is on the minimum size but is not going Please help
