Hello. It is suggestive to increase the Carbohydrate and protein intake as that would help you improve your weight and immunity. Also increase your appetite, include fats from nuts and oil seeds as they are a good source of healthy fats required by our body. Try doing exercise that builds your muscles, which would improve your strength also increase your muscle mass at home.
