I am a Young Man of 27, I am very thin since my childhood. My height is almost 6 Feet but my weight is only 61 kg. In the meanwhile, my friend advised me to take Alfalfa tonic by SBL. I am taking it for the last 10 days, twice daily, 10ml each time. Will it help me to put on some weight? What is the right dose of this medicine?
