Take max cereals, enriched with protien. take kichdi, oat,porridge. complete break fast. mid morning & afternoon meals eat good fruits mostly citrus fruits. Mix vegetables max times mainly gourd family . remember all vegetables & foods rich in
vitamin C, E,minerals like CA,zn,iron, most beneficial for immune system. U can go for ELIZA test for allergy or cuurnt blood reports.
