I have taken ricebag on my shoulder..since then i am not able to turn my head completely and feeling pain.

it may be neck spasm or acute cervical pid. you can take tab paracetamol, after lunch and dinner for 3 days, take rest no exercises, if pain doesn't decrease, seek help from orthopedician
