Unable to stand and walk without support

My mother aged 68 years unable to stand longer (say more than 20 seconds )without support, also can't be able to walk longer without any support and this is since last one year. MRI brain and spine both normal, vitamin b12, d also normal,bp & sugar also normal. No back pain as well. Also, upper limb is fully working normal. Just problem with lower limb, especially right leg. power in right leg seems weaker than left leg.  NCV reports are attached herewith. so kindly check and revert as to this problem is due to neuropathy or due to leg muscle weakness??? And lower limb strengthening exercise, stretching exercises as well as gait training & balance exercise will help her to walk normal and stand without any support for longer as earlier??? What can it be done to make her walk and stand longer like normal same as earlier???
