Sir/Madam I am unable to squat.Extreme pain on right leg when squating.So much starain in right leg.Squating not more than 1 min.Plz suggest some treatment

You need to be examined physically to find out the cause of the pain while you squat.  Did it start suddenly? Till then use otc pain medication and avoid squatting

First stop squatting, use chair commode Local ice Visit ur local Orthopedic doctor for further evaluation If its post traumatic, it needs urgent checkup
