Should i take alprax for a good sleep.?.. i am taking alprax from last one month and now if i missed a single day . that day i unable to sleep.

Hi U should avoid it ur becominh dependent on it consult a psychatrist for ur sleep issues dont take meds randomly with out consultation wid any doctor its for ur own good tc
