Unable to pass thick stool

I am really worried since last 3-4 days , I am unable to pass stool properly, I am passing stool but it is thin , it seems like the thick and hard stool stick inside but unable to come out , now I am feeling little bit of fullness too in my stomach, what should I do , it's hampering my day to day activities and also I am unable to eat anything properly because I feel fullness
