Unable to getting pregnant

4.2 in left ovary 5 cm in right ovary with internal echoes separation hemmorganic cyst. Internal echoes means may bhi it's endometriosis...? If I do surgery, then there will be no damage to my ovary. Pls suggest me surgery required or not. Bcz I m trying for 1 and half year but not getting pregnant.
