Hi As your age is 34 yrs, your egg reserve has to be checked. Also for pregnancy to happen naturally your tubes have to be checked and husband sperm. You can contact me for further guidance

As Your past medical history of Tuberculosis spine, most probability is that your fallopian tubes and uterine cavity might be affected so it is advisable to do Diagnostic Hysteroscopy and Laparoscopy first and you may require Test Tube Baby (IVF) treatment. Your age do not allow you to wastage of time as far as Pregnancy is concerned. All the Best. 🙏
