I have been facing this issue since long. Having good appetite and clean eating no junk. Started having few digestion issues like bloating so got checked and diagnosed with h pylori completed the standard antibiotic regime and its been 6 months not much digestion issues but still not able to gain weight. have a very lean body please suggest . got thyroid test done all normal periods are also regular. FSH- 6.76 , LH -7.13 , FT3-3.2 , FT4- 1.11 , TSH - 4.07 , b12 -418 , VitD - 64, ESR -13
