U need to get evaluated if u r losing weight, but if ur weight is static and u have normal appetite and lifestyle without any symptoms, check ur bmi, if its normal then keep it that way. If ur bmi is lesser than normal then u shd probably consult a diet specialist to understand how u can try to eat healthy food as well as gain weight by muscle building and diet (gym if possible, and diet advise)
