Hi,
I am a working professional. Due to long working hours my sleep pattern is completely disturbed .And for last 7 or 8 months I am unable to have a sound sleep .I hardly sleep for 3 hours and wake up around 3 in the night. After that I am unable to sleep .
Even on holidays I am unable to sleep .
I have tried to do some.physical activities like jogging or weight training.But non of them have helped me to fall asleep and have a good sound sleep.
What can be the reason and what shall be done to get my sleep pattern back to normal.

Make a routine and follow it.
Take proper diet
Regular exercises
Walks
Relaxation exercises like deep breathing and control
Avoid electronic devices at night.
