Check there is any spasm ya tender and tightness around the wrist and forearm area

As per your question, it seems that you have tight and painful palmar fascia. Without any specific Trauma it is difficult to get pain which you mentioned. However, wrist and hand is very difficult to comment on without examination. Try to see a Ortho or physio for further evaluation.
