It seems as Umbilical  granuloma ; spirit  swab cleaning for about  2 - 3 wks is sufficient

This looks fairly benign. You can clean this with doctor's spirit 2 times a day. This will become alright with in next few weeks. You need to consult pediatrician if there is redness or discharge.

If there is no discharge coming then infection less likely.. Still u can apply mupirocin 2 times a day
