Does two vesseleled umbilical cord noted with single umbilical artery mean the baby will have only one artery after the baby is born?

Hi, yes one artery. If the ultrasound is normal not a problem. Double or quadruple marker genetic test is essential

Hi, Don't  worry if single  umbilical  artery  with out any fetal anomalies...consider  it normal
