As soon as my mother eats or drink anything her stomach gets bloated. Urine is less than normal since last 4days.

This Ultrasound is incomplete and not helping with the patients condition.
You should get some Blood tests done - LFT, KFT, S. Amylase & S. Lipase
Till then, start taking an Antacid and review with the reports.

This ultrasound scan report is non contributory as far as digestive symptoms are concerned.
