Hello doctor. Iam suffering from  right side middle back pain from 1 month. No other symptoms. This is my ultrasound abdomen test reports please explain me doctor. What is the treatment for this. Is this serious? Any other test I have to take?

Because of pain there is more possibility of stone It is small one  , it would easily pass in urine Get your urine examination done For pain you may take tab voveran 50 mg twice a day

take 2 litre water in morning one glass every hour

The pain is characteristic of Cholelithiasis (Gall Stones) It is nothing serious. You need to get a physical examination done by a surgeon. Depending on your symptoms and LFT reports- it can be further decided if surgical intervention is needed or not
