Ulnar nerve pain

Experiencing pain in both hands little and ring fingers with mild numbness at fingers tip. Pain goes after taking tab trigabapantine 100 ...1 after dinner. Other gabapantine medicines are not suits to me I am taking this medicine since a year but no improvement than pain relief till next evening. All reports are normal. What is other non surgical option

I agree with my colleague. A detailed evaluation is necessary to see the feasibility of non operative management. However, surgical decompression may be required in a small number of cases which is quite safe and effective.
