Hello doctor i am having alot of severe ulcer in my mouth and m not able to eat anything.. this problem is from last 1 month what should i do

Apply Zytee gel twice daily over ulcers. You can also apply Coconut oil instead of Zytee gel. Take capsule Cobadex forte once daily for 1 month. Take plenty of leaffy vegetables and fresh fruits along with 4-5 litres of water.
