I am having ulcers inside vagina and throat from past 4 days . They firstly appeared in vagina as pimple and after 1 day they burst open . On next day they occurred in throat . I am having trouble while urinating and washing the area also as they are painful and have burning sensation . They have whitish layers on top of them
