Dear sir/ mam.. I am suffering ulcerative colities ,due to this I am suffering lower abdomen pain with vomit sensation . Doctor prescribed me Omnacortil 20 mg for 3 month.Please tell me it will help me or not .

According to your sign and symptom you are suffering from some infection like abdominal pain with vomit due to ulcerative collietis. As you know that best treatment depend on the correct diagnosis and correct diagnosis depend on the complete history of the patient so please take consultation from a doctor and give complete history of the patient so that correct diagnosis will be make and then best treatment will be start
Next Steps
Take treatment as follow as 1- Cap Pantop Dsr 1 time per day for 3 days before food. 2- Tab Meftal spas 2 time per day for 3 days after food for pain. 3- Syp Aristozyme 5 ml 2 time per day for 1 week after food. 4- Syp Multivitamin A to Z 5 ml 2 time per day for 1 week for strength and immunity.
