Dear sir/ mam.. I am suffering ulcerative colities ,due to this I am suffering lower abdomen pain with vomit sensation . Doctor prescribed me Omnacortil 20 mg for 3 month.Please tell me it will help me or not .

Take treatment as follow as 1- Cap Pantop Dsr 1 time per day for 3 days before food. 2- Tab Meftal spas 2 time per day for 3 days after food for pain. 3- Syp Aristozyme 5 ml 2 time per day for 1 week after food. 4- Syp Multivitamin A to Z 5 ml 2 time per day for 1 week for strength and immunity.
