Hello , burning sensation with white patches are signs of oral submucous  fibrosis . U need toupload d pick of affected area . Also  I need to know complete history and signs and symptoms and its duration.  I m an Oral Medicine and Radiologist  and treat such cases . U can contact me online or videoconsult  .
