Hi. I faced a boil-ulcer sort of a thing on my penis and hence consulted a dermatologist and started applying T bact cream on it. After few days, I see red spots inside my penis (May be blisters bt nt painful or itchy). *All STD tests are negative and non reactive Shud I consult the dermatologist again or sexologist or urologist?
