UDID card for mental illness

I have anxiety from last 7 years and on daily medication. I am currently unemployed because even if I do office job I face difficulties in completing task in pressure and get panic attacks easily. People like me can't apply or eligible for UDID card? If anyone knows please help

Do check with a psychiatrist at your nearest government hospital - often the UDID process is through GH, If you are eligible.

Usually udid card is reserved for people with severe mental illnesses like schizophrenia, bipolar disorder etc. you can apply with your district differently abled welfare officer who will sent you for psychiatric assessment and see if you are eligible. Good luck
