Widal usually comes positive after 7-10 days of typhoid. And your report is negative for widal. Since how many days are you experiencing symptoms? A titre of 1:160 is considered to be positive for typhoid in widal test. Kindly do MPDA / Dengue Ns1 / Typhidot IgM / CBC. Also take adequate hydration (ORS)
