Taking medicine Metformin 500mg+glimepiride 1mg (before breakfast) and metformin 500mg (before dinner), average FBS-130 and PP-145. Is treatment is right, or need change in medicine

Metformin is the first line drug while glimeperide is last. There are a few other better and safer drugs that should be used before going for Glimeperide. The choice of drug depends on several factors and can be best done by consulting a diabetologist
