It has been more than a month , I have these two pimple like things on upper lips . Feels normal at times & sometimes it feels irritant & little burnish . Have tried applying zoravix for 5 days but still ni improvement. Please advise me with some suggestions to heal it out.

Looks more like comedone, if it's there since more than a month than very rare Chace of herpes. For better comments need some history and some examination to he done. Best to consult in clinic but if you can't go, consult online.
