Nothing can be done for now,gall stone can be removed by surgery after delivery

At 8 weeks Pregnancy there should be minimal interference with the gall stones. They should wait unless there is a complication like obstructive jaundice or recurrent cholecystitis. Operation is required but it should be planned 3 months after delivery.
