Two lumps in back side of neck

I have two lumps in back side of the neck and it's moveable, small in size, there is no irritation and no pain at all. It's under the skin. Out of two lumps, one is there more than one year and another one recently noticed.

Hello, ACCORDING TO your description it may be Lympnode Secemoid bone If soft Lipoma SAEBACEOUS cyst So you need a local examintion by genral surgeon. But nothing to worry as it was SINCE one year.ok.
