Lump knot at parotid gland area
I have painless lump near my ear& jaw ( at parotid area), it's been from last 5 years , I think it slowly increases, I have no problem in any facial movement. Few days back blood less mouth ulcer

Even if the lump is painless it is better to get it evaluated as the duration has been quite long. Facial movement may be normal but do not ignore the swelling. Mouth ulcer may be unrelated if it also remained for long then better get it examined.
