Hi,. My left eye is twitching regularly from past one week. Like I feel the twitches 4 to 5 times a day. Even I tried some eye exercises , it has reduced a little but then also i can feel the twitches. As i am working i have long screen time.  So please suggest me what to do in this case and why this is happening. ? Regards

Pl decrease the screen time,do eye exercises, balanced diet Pl take Tab.Shelcal 500mg, ,1tab per day, for1 month. Tab.limcee,500mg, 1tab per day for 1 month.pl consult Ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.
