Twitching

2023-01-28 17:02:40
I've been experiencing twitching since 3-4 days over my legs and sometimes over my shoulders and eyes. There is weakness or difficulty walking. The twitching appears and then goes away after some times. How should I remove it?

If the twitching is only recent in onset and not long standing, it is most likely physiological and not pathological. Take appropriate sleep, fluids, and avoid caffeine intake (tea, coffee) If it still persists, than you need to consult Neurologist for the evaluation.
Next Steps
Better sleep, diet, fluids avoid caffeine
