Twitching eye, problem blinking,red dots

I have been having problems with my eye and skin. My left eye at random times of the day twitches, has pain, and hurts to blink. The problem with my skin is that it keeps breaking out in red spots all over and if I itch one with light pressure it turns my skin breaks and it starts bleeding. Thank you and I can't wait to see your response.
