TVS scan reports showing twins pregnancy
I am 6 weeks pregnant,today went to nearest hospital for general check, doctor madam suggest TVS scan.In that scan observed yolk sac twins. I attached my scan report.
Based on 5th week scan twins confirmed or it will changed as one baby after few weeks. Please answer
Note : due to printer issue in hospital,scan technician wrote the details on a white paper.

This is very early pregnancy and I will strongly advise repeat ultrasound after 15 days
