TVS report variation

My menopause occurred 13 months ago.Bleeding occurred after 12 month for one day. Biopsy  was done.After 4days of Biopsy  some drops of blood  appeared again. BIOPSY was non diagnostic. My gynecologist did TVS and endometrial thickness was 8mm. After 3 days another gynecologist measured ET 5 mm. WHAT would be the reason.Which report is correct.A gynecologist told me that hystectomy is needed. Can we avoid hysterectomy

If the biopsy was non diagnostic The postmenopausal bleeding needs detailed evaluation Ur dr is absolutely correct in advising a hystrectomy
