Hi, I think I have a tumor kind of thing on my neck. Please let me know if I Should go for needly biopsy. I have attached the relevant image.

Go for a ultrasound neck study to evaluate the swelling and if necessary FNAC is to be done.. We need to palapte a swelling for opinion..
