Tumor in testicle

My relative has testicle tumor on one side. Mild pain is there. Reports attached here. No other symptoms

Hi     First he has to undergo left high inguinal orchidectomy ,  followed by which after 3 werks he has to.undergo staging and then chemotherapy ...number of cycles will depend upon staging.It has high cure rate.
