My sputum Genexpert report is saying Microbacterium Tuberculosis is detected but rifampicin resistance not detected. Is it MDR Tb then?

No, it is not.However,Mdr tb means,that atleast, 2,commonly used,anti tb drugs,INH,AND RIFAMYCIN,,are resistant.So you must be careful and also have the drug sensitivity for Inh,the sheet anchor,and if possible  for other drugs.Best place is, govt Tb centre,or govt hospital. Pl consult govt facility,at the earliest.
