Tuberculosis breathing problems

I was diagnosed pulmonary tb on 6/7/2021 and from the next day I'm in ATT. Initially Drug induced hepatotoxicity happend and found that pza was the culprit drug. From then my regime is going with Akurit 3. After 4.5 month I faced breating problems, so doctor gave me Foracort inhaler twice a day. I'm taking this foracort inhaler for last 1.5 month but still breathing problems is present. I'm in huge worry.

Pl give detailed history. Do you have any Asthma. What is the extent of disease in lungs.pl  take Tab.pulmoclear 1tab morning and 1tab night for 5days. Pl consult Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken .
