My wife had missed abortion in February 2025, It was 6 weeks pregnancy and D&E procedure was done on 24th Feb. Doc recommend to wait 3-4 months before trying again. After D&E procedure, her next period dates are as 1st April, 1st May, 4th June. In June month, we tried to conceive again and had intercourse very frequently till 30th June. Today is July 17th, and her periods are not started yet and Urine pregnancy test is Negative. It's already 44 days since LMP. Is this normal to have 40+ days cycle now, is it because of post Misscarraige?  Will this effect upcoming cycles? PS: we are tracking BBT every morning, it started elevating after July 7th. (From 97 to 98), looks like currently she is in luteal phase.
